How is quality proven before we commit?

Structurally. Every engagement starts with a small paid pilot measured against your own standard, and the standard we grade by is public before you ever email us - the RavnLab Evaluation Rubric, v1.0. You see the bar, then you see the work clear it, then you commit. Client work is confidential by default, which is exactly what you'd want as a client.

Who does the work?

The team you meet is the team that delivers. No account managers, no handoffs into the dark. One person is always accountable to you by name, in writing, weekly.

How do engagements start - is there a sales call?

A short one if you want it; entirely over email if you prefer. Either way you get the scope on one page: what you receive, when, and what it costs, before anything begins.

What if the pilot doesn't meet the bar?
