Privacy Policy

The short version

This website is a brochure, not a data machine. We collect what you choose to send us (like an email), the minimum our service providers need to function, and nothing else. We do not sell personal information, run advertising trackers, or use third-party analytics cookies on this site.

What we collect

• Correspondence. If you email us or book a call, we receive what you send: your name, email address, and the contents of your message. We keep it to respond to you and, if we work together, to run the engagement.
• Booking data. Scheduling runs through Google Calendar's appointment booking; the details you enter there (name, email, chosen time) are shared with us and handled under Google's privacy policy.
• Hosting logs. Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to serve and secure the site. We do not use these to identify visitors.
• Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in the course of serving the files, under Google's privacy policy.

What we do not do

• No sale or rental of personal information, to anyone, ever.
• No advertising trackers, ad pixels, or cross-site profiling.
• No marketing emails you didn't ask for; a reply to a cold email from us always includes a working way to say "stop."

Client work and confidentiality

Materials a client shares for an engagement (documents, data, recordings) are used solely to deliver that engagement, shared only with the people working on it, and handled under the terms of the engagement agreement, which governs over this policy where they differ. We are happy to sign an NDA before any materials change hands.

Retention

Correspondence is retained while relevant to an actual or potential engagement and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, then deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Your rights

Wherever you are, we honor the spirit of GDPR and CCPA: ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (unless a legal obligation requires keeping it). Email hello@ravnlab.com with the subject "privacy request."

Children

This site and our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it. Material changes will be noted plainly at the top of this page.
