The site, plainly

This website describes RavnLab's services and includes interactive demonstrations ("pilots") built on fictional businesses and sample data. The pilots illustrate how our work behaves; they are not live products, and nothing on this site is professional advice - the sample questions and answers in the pilots (including financial, medical, and legal examples) exist to demonstrate evaluation craft, not to advise anyone on anything.

Engagements are separate

Any actual work between RavnLab and a client is governed by a separate written agreement. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and site content does not modify any engagement agreement.

Our content

The text, design, and interactive elements of this site belong to RavnLab. You're welcome to link to the site and to quote reasonably with attribution. Please don't republish substantial portions, scrape the site into a dataset, or pass our materials off as your own.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to disrupt, probe, or overload the site.
• Don't misrepresent an affiliation with RavnLab.
• Don't use the site or its content for unlawful purposes.

Third-party services

Scheduling links go to Cal.com and typefaces load from Google Fonts; both operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

No warranties; limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RavnLab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, and our total liability related to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which RavnLab's operating entity is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change is acceptance of the updated terms.
